With whatever little knowledge I am acquiring by washing my feet with the waves, coming from the Ocean of ISKCON (under the guidance of my Councelor Shri Adbhuta Gauranga Das Prabhuji of Hyderabad), I am sharing with you:

How to Become Closer to Krishna???

1.   Krishna’s first mercy on a person is to crush him & thus the wretched fellow has no one to turn but to him. – Vandanam.

2.  To the maximum extent possible, try to see Krishna in everyone, everything & every place, therefore, u can be in intimate relationship with Krishna in all conditions.

3.  Feel the Ownership of Krishna and serve HIM just like Mother Yasoda & His Beloved Radharani, rather serving Krishna with the mood of an employee. Even if you serve HIM with the mood of an employee, serve Krishna with utmost faithfulness and surrender, just like Hanuman to Lord Shri Ram. 

4. You can serve Krishna & be closer to HIM in either of the relationships like : Dasya : Servant (Hanuman); Sakya : Friendship(Arjuna) Vaatsalya (Yashoda / Sabari Madhurya : Love(Radha Rani).  But in whatever & in whichever way you serve, you should serve with complete soul / heart / surrender.

5.  Just as Lord Damodara allowed HIS Mother to tie Him with rope, you can tie Krishna with the rope of your Affection for Krishna.

6. Just like Srimati Radha Rani tied Krishna with Her Love, you too can tie Krishna with your Love, provided you develop your Love for HIM as that of Srimati Radha Rani.

7.  Does anyone teach how to develop Love / Care / Affection for their Parents / Children / Money / Property / Belongings??? Certainly the answer is NO….because they have the feeling of ownership. If you develop the same feeling of ownership, Love / Care / Affection on Krishna, HE will be the Most Dearest One to You in Your Life.
