As Sri Krishna Janmashtami celebrations are going on around the world and thousands are receiving festival prasadam, HariBol has announced a global Masterchef Recipe Competition that will take place in 2025.
“Culinary enthusiasts are invited to send in their most legendary recipe submissions. Initiated devotees, friends of the devotees, and family members are welcome to take part in this maha-prasadam distribution effort,” said Anuradha Dasi, one of the competition organizers, in a press release. “We want anyone who has a flair for food to pitch their recipe to HariBol for the chance to have your recipe made into a commercial product under the HariBol brand name.”
HariBol is a company committed to an ethical lifestyle, practicing “Bhakti Yoga in Business” (combining spirituality and business). It recently won the esteemed World Economic Forum “Faith-In-Action” Business Award in Davos, Switzerland. You can see our coverage of this honor here. The Masterchef Recipe Competition will take place in March/April 2025 at New Vrindaban and later in October 2025 at the Govardhan EcoVillage in India. Winners will be announced, and awards will be presented in $10000, $7500, and $5000 amounts. Five more honorable mentions will win various gift baskets, vouchers, and other unique prizes. Subsequently, the competition will expand to other locations and farm projects around the world.
