What changes when we do not simply read Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books, but take the time to understand their teachings more deeply?
The School of Rupanugas is offering a six-month online Bhakti-śāstrī course for devotees who would like to explore this question through a systematic study of Bhagavad-gītā As It Is, The Nectar of Devotion, The Nectar of Instruction, and Śrī Īśopaniṣad.
The course combines live, activity-based classes with discussions, śloka learning, daily home assessments, and opportunities for students to express what they have understood through open-book essays. The aim is not simply to complete another course, but to develop a clearer understanding of Kṛṣṇa consciousness and greater confidence in sharing its principles with others.
Classes will be held online every Sunday, with recordings and study materials provided to support students throughout the course. The English-language program, facilitated by Rupanuga Bhakta Dasa, will run from September 6, 2026, through March 21, 2027. Classes will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. IST.
Devotees who meet the requirements of the ISKCON Board of Examinations may also work toward the Bhakti-śāstrī degree.
Registration is now open for devotees who feel ready to take their study of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books a little deeper.
The registration deadline is August 31, 2026.
Interested devotees may register through the School of Rupanugas registration form here or contact +1 714-809-4735 or +91 9068593465 with questions.
