- Chanting of Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Raama Hare Raama Raama Raama Hare Hare. Primemost.ย This will energise our body , mind and soul.
- 1. Total Silence & meditation. To make friends with our mind by not over disciplining it.๐
- 2. Focus on the essentials only.๐
- 3. Quality time with mother nature.๐ฒ๐ฅฆ๐๐๐
- 4. Declutter of mind, body and soul. ๐๐
- 5. Empathy, compassion & universal oneness.๐ผ๐๐
- 6. 20 minutes everyday for introspection and mindful awareness๐ ๐๐๐
- 7. Meticulous advance planning so that the mind does not get agitated with multitasking.๐งโ๏ธ๐ง
- 8. Total blankout for few minutes everyday. Zero thoughts. May take practice but surely will help.๐ฎ๐ฎ
- 9. Live life very joyously for the moment. ๐ถ๐ต โThis second is mine and hence priceless.โ Listening to the sounds of nature of birds chirping, churning of oceans etc.๐ฟ๐๐ฆ๐ง๐๐ค๐
- 10. Five to ten minutes of daydreaming & visualisation of happy thoughts, moments and bright future.๐ฟ๐บ๐ป๐๐ฑ๐๐คก
- 11. Counting of our countless blessings soothes our mind.
- 12. The synchronisation of our good thoughts, actions and deeds brings joy to our mind. A feeling of feel good factor is always a balm on our mind.๐๐๐
So please letโs make our minds our best friends. We will attain tranquility & sereinity. After all what are we without our mind soul and body.โฒ๐๐๐
