  • Chanting of Hare Krishna Hare Krishna Krishna Krishna Hare Hare Hare Raama Hare Raama Raama Raama Hare Hare. Primemost.ย  This will energise our body , mind and soul.
  • 1. Total Silence & meditation. To make friends with our mind by not over disciplining it.๐Ÿ˜Œ
  • 2. Focus on the essentials only.๐Ÿ˜‡
  • 3. Quality time with mother nature.๐ŸŒฒ๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ‡๐ŸŽ‹๐ŸŒ
  • 4. Declutter of mind, body and soul. ๐ŸŒ„๐ŸŽ 
  • 5. Empathy, compassion & universal oneness.๐Ÿ–ผ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒž
  • 6. 20 minutes everyday for introspection and mindful awareness๐ŸŒˆ ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ๐Ÿž
  • 7. Meticulous advance planning so that the mind does not get agitated with multitasking.๐Ÿ’งโ˜‚๏ธ๐Ÿ’ง
  • 8. Total blankout for few minutes everyday. Zero thoughts. May take practice but surely will help.๐Ÿ”ฎ๐Ÿ”ฎ
  • 9. Live life very joyously for the moment. ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŽต โ€œThis second is mine and hence priceless.โ€ Listening to the sounds of nature of birds chirping, churning of oceans etc.๐Ÿฟ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿฆ๐Ÿง๐Ÿ“๐Ÿค๐Ÿ’
  • 10. Five to ten minutes of daydreaming & visualisation of happy thoughts, moments and bright future.๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒบ๐ŸŒป๐ŸŸ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿคก
  • 11. Counting of our countless blessings soothes our mind.
  • 12. The synchronisation of our good thoughts, actions and deeds brings joy to our mind. A feeling of feel good factor is always a balm on our mind.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ

So please letโ€™s make our minds our best friends. We will attain tranquility & sereinity. After all what are we without our mind soul and body.โ›ฒ๐ŸŒƒ๐ŸŒ„๐ŸŒ…
