Different Flavours by Bhaktimarga Swami

13330059501?profile=RESIZE_400xOn the first Wednesday of every month I have the privilege of being virtually with the Caribbean devotees for one of those Gita chats. I am on regular calls with people interested in the Gitas dynamism and what this great documented conversation has done for meaningful transformation. I relish each call. What a treasure it is to hear from the words of God and sharing it.

One thing I have noticed is how each group of people has its own personality. The devotees on todays call (we missed Wednesday so today was chosen) were just so quite and apprehensive in the participation. I guess it is shyness and that is not a bad quality. It will take a few more calls before some change takes place. I am impressed with the number of callers. That means there is interest. I suppose in some cultures there is not that type of interactiveness established in some locations. I encourage everyone to volunteer on reading.

A second Gita Chat for the day came through one hour later for a bi-weekly group from the east coast, the Maritimes. Being North Americans I find them to be more forward, less timid. People are different wherever you go. I will be boarding a plane for Argentina tomorrow where language and customs are different. It makes it all so adventurous with the different flavors of people.

Anyways, after the two connections it was time for a walk, but first a serious up on a booster juice drink. One of our Bhakti Academy resident members. Om, works at one of those outlets and gifted me with a marvellous drink with ingredients of mango ,banana, coconut milk, spinach etc. It hit the spot.
