Devotional Service helps to be Lively, Active, Happy, Loving, Caring, Sharing, Sincere, Dedicated, Compassionate, Humble, Appreciate, Express Gratitude!!!
Sometimes we are Happy to Serve, Love to Serve and sometimes we are not so.
We meet Devotees, Vaishnavas Serving with so much Care, Sincerity, Dedication, Love... that we feel "Is it possible to be so??"
Devotional Service Done is Right Attitude, Pure Heart is an Exemplary Act. Exemplary Act is done by Exalted Thought of Serving Without Expectation.
Simple and Humble Service is very much Appreciated and Welcome in any Situation as the Motive is Clearly Devotional Service Done in a Mood, Attitude to Simply Serve for the Pleasure of Shri Shri Radha Krishna.
Every Community will have many Exalted Personalities Serving as Srila Prabhupada Instructed, Desired. This will Help to be Happy in Krishna Consciousness in all Circumstances.
Every Devotee is Special, Loving to Shri Shri Radha Krishna.

In a Seminar at ISKCON, Chicago by HG Anuttama Prabhu [ACBSP] in Jan 2000, got Srila Prabhupada's Nectar "Every Devotee Coming to ISKCON is a Guest of The Supreme Lord".
This might Seem Impossible at First. But by Practice We can Learn, Imbibe, Inculcate by Simple Service Attitude, then Gradually Improving by getting more and more Service to be Better in Service.
The More We Serve, The Better We Can Serve by the Mercy of Serving. Seva Kripa or Mercy by Serving is the Result of Service/Seva. Service Helps to Get More Service.
"Serving to Serve More/Better" Attitude Will Help to Serve Happily, Ensure Service is Done Right, Pleasing to Everyone.
Devotional Service is Contageous if we Serve and Seek in Right Attitude. We could Please Srila Prabhupada by Serving With Love. We could Involve, Engage Everyone in Community to Serve and Be Happy in Krishna Consciousness. This will Help to Have Big Team to Serve and Not Burden only Few Who Serve.
Every Simple Act of Devotional Service Done in Right Attitude is Very Pleasing to Srila Prabhupada, Shri Gauranga Mahaprabhu, Shri Shri Radha Krishna.
This Ensures Seva Bhava. Devotional Service comes only by the Mercy of Vaishnavas. Only Then One can Get the Exalted Thought of Exemplary Act of Devotional Service. Any Simple Service is as Good as Any Other Service as Devotional Service is Mercy to get Better in Devotional Service.
The Test of Exalted Thought of Exemplary Act of Devotional Service is by Eagerly Looking Forward to Serve More and More and More... Without Expectation of Recognition What So Ever.
Srila Prabhupada mentions that to the Extent One Serves The Supreme Lord, One Gets Purified by Mercy of The Supreme Lord.
Seva Bhava is Seva Kripa.
