Bhaktivedanta Hospice is situated in the most holy place of Vrindavan - the land of Lord Krishna. Palliative care is the care given to patients who are suffering from terminal illness, which are incurable like Cancer, HIV AIDS, last stage Heart, Lungs, Liver and Kidney diseases. Home care, bereavement care, nursing care, spiritual care & counseling together make up this hospice.
Spread over an area of 40,000 square feet with 8 single patient rooms & 6 double and triple patient rooms. Over 600 patients were served to die a dignified death since Jan 2008 with 1400 home visits & 300 admissions.
