Driven to share the Holy Name, the Bhakti Bloom team has planted the seeds of unity and spiritual awakening at their inaugural Kirtan mela, a two-day extravaganza spanning July 29th and 30th, 2023, near Berlin, Germany. This transformative event drew seekers from diverse backgrounds, offering them a fragrant bouquet of melodies, profound spiritual insights, and a unique opportunity to commune with the Divine.

The event was a resounding success, and its inception and development were envisioned by a remarkable group of individuals. Nandini Devi Dasi, Kanupriya Devi Dasi, Lara, and Sarah, the heart and soul of Bhakti Bloom, shared their insights and experiences in an exclusive interview. Their collective vision for the festival centered on inclusivity, embracing diversity, and fostering a sense of togetherness.

Nandini highlighted the diverse and welcoming atmosphere created during the festival, “It was our desire in the beginning that we get to know each other better…and have meaningful time together. Somehow, Krishna allowed us, so it was quite beautiful.”

Kanupriya, who managed the stalls and played a vital role in the festival’s success, shared her perspective, saying, “Throughout the whole festival, even though I did a lot of running around, I got so much energy from all the spiritual radiance.”
