Arjuna, the role model of Krishna-Bhaktas !

Hare Krsna

Please accept my humble obeisance. All glories to Srila Prabhupada

No Fiction or Rumors or Gossips in Krishna-Bhakti. Bhagavan leads His Bhaktas by His own personal exampleOne main intention of Bhagavan's *avataram* ( incarnation) is to demonstrate Vedic-leaving to His Bhaktas .

In Rama-avatar, Bhagavan shows us how to lead a virtuous life in accordance with the Vedic-shastras In Krishna-avatar , Bhagavan demonstrates how to remain connected to Bhagavan by Bhakti-yogaIn fact, any person understanding Bhagavad Gita is a satellite of Sri Krishna.

When Krishna-bhaktas discuss about Sri Krishna and His pastimes, Bhagavan listens and enjoys it This is why Krishna-stories are ever fresh and free of repetition . One never gets bored with the Krishna-story because it appears new even when it is repeated .

The Mahabharatha stories are very interesting Many Readers are attracted to Karna and consider him superior to Arjuna However, the real Krishna-bhaktas understands the logicArjuna is an integral part of Sri Krishna ( Nara of the Nara-Narayana twins)and therefore is far superior to Karna In spite of being the greatest Archer, Arjuna is so innocent and firmly attached to KrishnaHe is a pure practitioner of Vedic-dharma. Naturally, he is always blessed by the Gurus and AchAryasOn the other hand, Karna becomes egoistic at times and is cursed by Gurus and Acharyas.

So, Arjuna is our role model . Any one following Arjuna's footsteps is very dear to Sri Krishna .

Bhagavan Sri Krishna says in Srimad Bhagavad Gita  (16.4-5):

"The identification marks of those born with demonic (Asura) qualities are: Hypocrisy, arrogance, pride, anger, harshness, and ignorance. Divine ( Deva) qualities lead to salvation, whereas  the demonic qualities cause bondage to materialism. O Arjuna!, You need not worry . You are born with divine(Deva) qualities. "
