Äkāśamuṣṭihanana nyāyaḥ (striking sky with fist)
A man was threatening to strike the sky with his fist, because he was angry at it. But sky remained calm and silent as always, leaving the angry man bellow.
Atheists are proud of their meager powers, which are tiny compared with the vastness of thy sky, power of the nature, not to say the might of the Supreme Lord, under whose order the material nature works. Their performance of arrogance and intimidation result in anger, all that shorten their lives only.
