25th Anniversary of Govindadwipa
Govindadwipa in Ireland is celebrating a wonderful three day festival on the 25th anniversary of the appearance of Radha Govinda from the 15 - 17 July. If you have never been there, this is the time to come! They own a whole island, Inish Rath, and all around the island they have made a Braja Mandala Parikrama! You will find Nandagram, Varsana, Radha Kunda, Govardhana, Kusum Sarovar, Madhuvan, Gokula, Kamyavan, and many more transcendental places of Braja. Last year, we even inaugurated a beautiful Vrinda Kunda!
And what to speak of Radha Govinda! They are breathtakingly gorgeous. Every day during the festivals they have very special darshans in morning and afternoon. And this year on Sunday 17th, there will be an ecstatic Maha Abhisheka, Kirtan, and Feast!
We will be leading the devotees on Parikramas in the morning on Friday and Saturday. On Friday afternoon, there will be the opening of the Tulasi Garden and Saturday a boat festival. Both evenings there will be campfires! Prithu Prabhu, who originally started the project, will be there as well as many other senior devotees.
