"SADHU SANGA", The most indispensable requirement for true spiritual realization is so scare & rare during this Kali Yug, that men, in their desperate search for the same often fall prey to the "VANDAS" in the disguise of "SADHUS". This so happens due to the logical ignorance of inquisitiveness. Unless one knows what is really good, how can he search for something really good. Simply by having a mind to walk the ways of good is never sufficient. One must first of all know "What is really good" A child has to go through so many fundamental concepts to pursue higher studies. Similarly, for spiritual realization, one must have to go through some fundamental knowledge. Here comes the place of world's ever oldest & basic science of God "BHAGBAT GITA"
"TAT VIGYANARTHAM SAD GURU MEBA AVI GACHHET" The Bgagbat Gita says, 'Ebam Parampara praptam.............' So in any case, this knowledge must have to be learnt either by self reading or patient listening,so that one can earn the first hand knowledge to search for a real Guru.
And that is what,Prabhupad had always been concluding in his preaching, advising to read/listen to Bhagbat Gita,As it is.
And that is what Lord Chaitanya Mahaprabhu had categorically directed all "JARE DEKHO TARE KAHO KRISHNA UPADESH" nothing of yours. The Lord invites everyone born in India to become A "Guru". " Amar agnyay guru hayia, Tomar ei desh.
