Walnut Crescents

Ingredients
•1 cup walnuts
•½ cup sugar
•1 cup butter, softened
•2 cups flour
•½ cup sour cream
•2 tsp vanilla extract
•¼ tsp salt
•½ cup powder sugar
Preparation
Toast walnuts in a pan for 5 minutes.
Place walnuts in the blender and ground them into powder like or small pieces.
In a medium bowl, mix well walnuts, butter, sugar, sour cream, salt, and vanilla.
Add flour the last.
Wrap the dough and leave it in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Heat the oven at 325F, shape each cookie like a crescent .
Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool the cookies on the rack for a few minutes.
Place powder sugar in a small bowl.
Gently roll cookies (one at a time) in powder sugar to coat.
