Vanilla butter

Ingredients
•All Purpose Flour......................................1 C
•Sugar.......................................................¾ C
•Butter softened at room temperature.......¾ C
•Milk Powder............................................¾ C
•Milk.........................................................1 C
•Baking Powder........................................1 Tsp
•Baking soda............................................¼ tsp
•Vanilla essence.......................................1 Tsp
•8 inch square or round baking dish
•(greased and dusted)
•Preheat oven to 350 F/180 C.
Preparation
1.Sieve the flour, baking powder and baking soda.
2.In a mixing bowl mix together the milk powder and the milk till
smooth in consistency.
3.Beat the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
4.Add the sieved flour mixture of step 1 alternatively with the
milk powder paste prepared in step 2 to the creamy butter and
sugar mixture, beating well after each addition.
5.Lastly add vanilla essence.
6.Pour the batter to the prepared cake tin and bake at 350 F/180 C
for 30-35 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center of the cake
comes out clean.
7.Let the cake tin cool completely before taking out the cake.
Then invert the cake and cool it over a wire rack.
Ingredients
Cream Icing:
•Chilled Heavy whipping Cream......................1 C
•Sifted Icing or confectioner's sugar.................3 Tbsp
•Vanilla essence...............................................1/2 Tsp
•Any fruits of your choice for decoration.
•(Strawberries, kiwis, oranges, grapes etc.)
Preparation
1.In a chilled mixing bowl and with chilled beaters, beat cream
until it begins to thicken. Add sugar and vanilla and beat
until soft peaks are formed.
2.Spread it over the cooled cake & decorate with fruits of your choice.
