Ingredients
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
½ cup butter, softened
½ cup sugar*
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp flaxseed meal, optional
½ cup peanut powder (ground roasted peanut in the blender)
Preparation
Preheat the over at 300 F. Cream the butter and peanut butter. Add sugar, peanut
powder, flaxseed meal, and vanilla. Mix all ingredients until coarse meal. Press the
mixture into an ungreased 8” round pan. Prick with a fork - - - - Bake for one
hour.
*If you have a sweet tooth, you may want to add more sugar.”
