Milk Fudge

Ingredients
•Khoa (at room temperature)................................ 400 g
•Sweetened condensed milk .................................200 g
•Cardamom powder .......................................... ½ Tsp
•Rose water ...................................... ................ ½ Tsp
Preparation
1. Knead the khoa until thoroughly mixed.
2.Transfer the khoa to a nonstick heavy-bottomed pan over moderate heat.
Keep stirring for 5 minutes and then add the sweetened condensed milk
and combine well. Cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens
into a soft ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Add the
cardamom and rose water and remove from the heat.
3.Spread this mixture on a greased flat surface or a baking sheet. Cut into
squares while still warm and allow it to set before serving.
