Directions:Turn right after you enter the courtyard for Simanti Devi temple and take the first road on the left. Going ahead, at the end of the village, you will see some fields. This is the area and it is called Sonadanga. You can continue down this road to go to Belpukura.
Lord Caitanya was once performing kirtana near this village when some storm clouds came overhead. Seeing the concern of the devotees, Lord Caitanya raised His hands and played His karatalas while looking at these clouds. The clouds, understanding the will of the Lord, immediately dispersed.
