Creamy Cookies

Ingredients
•Butter, softened.................................... ½
C
•Sugar.................................................... ½
C
•Cream cheese, softened ....................... 40gms
•Yogurt................................................... 1
Tbsp
•Vanilla essence..................................... ½
Tbsp
•All purpose flour.................................. 1 ¼
C
•Any jam of your choice....................... 30 ml
Preparation
1)In a mixing bowl, cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until
light
and fluffy. Add the yogurt and vanilla. Beat well. Add the
flour
and blend until thoroughly combined. Cover and refrigerate for
1
½ hour.
2) Lightly flour your hands and divide the dough in 20 equal
parts
and shape them into balls. Using a wooden spoon handle,
press
a hole in the center of each ball and fill with ¼ Tsp of jam.
Bake
in a preheated oven at 350 F/180 C for 12-15 minutes or
until
set. Remove on wire racks to cool completely.
