Chipped Rice and Yogurt (Cida Dahi)

Ingredients
•1 C chipped rice (thick poha)
•1½ C milk
•1 banana peeled and cut into pieces
•1 mango peeled and cut into pieces
•¼ Tsp cardamom powder
•2 Tbsp honey
•½ C sugar
•1 C yogurt
•¼ C golden raisins
Preparation
Wash the poha in cold water and drain. Soak it in milk for 1 hour. In a mixing bowl, combine the soaked poha and the remaining ingredients well.
** This is the famous dish made on the occasion of “Panihati Cida Dahi” festival. There are several varieties of this dish; this one is of basic kind. You may add any fruits you have in hand like berries, apricots, peaches etc.
