Chinese Bitter Melon with Black Bean

Ingredients
• 1 Chinese bitter melon (green or white)
• 2 tbsp black bean sauce
• ¼ tsp salt
• 2 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan. Add black bean sauce first and then the
sliced bitter melon to the pan. Cook for 5 minutes. Add water or
more oil and cook for another few minutes until the slices are
tender.
Serves
3-4 servings
