Black Beans Salad

Ingredients
•1 cup cooked black beans
•1 cup corn kernels
•½ ‐ ¾ cup chopped tomatoes
•2 tbsp olive oil
•1 tbsp lemon juice
•¼ cup chopped cilantro leaves
•¼ tsp hing
•1 tsp salt
•½ tsp pepper
•¼ tsp chili pepper, optional
Preparation
1)In a medium bowl, whisk oil, juice, pepper, salt, and
pepper. Toss corn kernels, tomatoes,
cilantro leaves, and beans with seasoning in the bowl. Leave
the bowl in the refrigerator for a
few hours before serving.
2)***This is a Mexican style salad. You may add pasta of any
shapes to make it a pasta salad
