Bell pepper and paneer flavored with fenugreek leaves

Ingredients
Paneer........................................................250gms (cut lengthwise)
Green BellPepper......................................2 (cutlengthwise)
Red BellPepper..........................................1 (cutlengthwise)
Dried redChillies........................................2
Corianderseeds.........................................1.5 Tsp
Greenchilly................................................1 (slitlengthwise)
Ginger........................................................2inch (cut lengthwise)
Tomatochopped.........................................2
Fenugreekseeds.........................................A pinch
Kasoori Methi (dried fenugreekleaves)......1 Tbsp
Salt..............................................................1/2tsp
Oil...............................................................4Tbsp
Preparation
1.Dry roast red chillies and coriander seedson a pan.
coarsely powder both of them. Keepaside.
2.Heat 2 tbsp oil, add bell pepper and sautethem for a minute or two.
Remove from pan.
3.Now, heat 2 tbsp of oil & add thecoarsely powdered red chilies
and coriander. Saute for 1 minute and thenadd half of ginger and
green chilies.Add tomatoes and cook for 5-7minutes on low heat
till oil separates.
4.Add pinch of fenugreek seeds and salt.Then add the bell pepper and
kasoori methi and cook for 2minutes.
Lastly add paneer and the remainingginger.
5.Offer it to Lord Krishna with love anddevotion.
