When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
I have been reading all different spiritual books for at least 45 years but practiced & realized that chanting particularly the Hare Krishna mantra, watching Iskcon Sankirtana, Leactureres is really the desirable way of worshiping the god & gating happy at least for some time.
Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.
Not visited yet, but watching on the TV,Internet.
Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
Nothing special to describe, a low profile, ambitious less person in the material world, basic natural desire is towards bhakti right from childhood.
What are your expectations from this community?
To attend Kirtan, Sankirtan, Kirtan mela, Bhagwatam lecturers, pilgrimage to tirtha like vrindavan, navadwip, jagannath puri, dwarka, barsana etc. To get connected with likely minded people.Read the Iskcon books.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
No idea but definitely would like to do physical labor in the Iskcon temples like sweeping, cleaning, gardening etc.
