When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I was born in a vaishnava family. My parents are among the pioneer preachers in Myanmar and both are initiated from H.H Prabha Vishnu Swami as he was responsible for preaching in Myanmar and whenever he used to come he stays at our place. My father passed away when i was 4 years old but my mother continued to serve Krishna and she is now in the head department of Iskcon Myanmar.Now, we have 10 iskcon centers in Myanmar. We are four sisters and two elder sisters are initiated from H.H Radhanath Swami Maharaj. My parents are His Grace Madhavananda Praphu and Bhatin Nishta Rani Devi.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

I usually go to RadhaGovinda ji temple here in myanmar. Yearly I try to visit Iskcon Chowpaty , Vrndhavan and Mayapur. My mother knows His Grace Gauranga Prabhu and His Grace Sishthastakam Prabhu when they came to Myanmar for preaching purpose. But my uncle H.G Vamsi Gopal prabhu is a regular attender in iskcon chowpaty temple.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I am very contaminated and hope to get mercy from devotees.

What are your expectations from this community?

I like downloading lectures from here and distributing to the devotees as here most of the devotees aren't very friendly to use internet. This website is a very very very huge help and like a revolution because earlier if we wanted to buy anything related to iskcon we would have to wait until we go to india and then buy from there.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

As for me, even though i was born in a vaishnava family, i do have very poor fund of knowledge about Krishna and not a pure devotee as my parents. I really want to make my mother proud by serving devotees here. But right now all i do is just help them get information about iskcon bhavana from this website and give to them. But I hope Guru and Krishna would guide me to be a qualified servant.
