When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
When I was in my college education in the year 1984 at Lyceum Northwestern now Lyceum Northwestern University in Dagupan City, Pangasinan, Philippines, I came across with Ananta Acharya Das (now passed away), my instructor in Accounting subjects. After class in Accounting subjects under him, he will lecture about the Hare Krishna movement, his experiences, his daily activities about devotional service, specially the chanting of Hare Krishna Mahamantra, about the Bagavad-Gita and Srimad Bhagavatam and many other pamphlets. He shared with us students how to practice Krishna Consciousness. And shortly after my graduation in college and obtained a government job, I decided to join the Hare Krishna movement in the year 2002 up to the present. I owed my deepest gratitude and sincerest appreciation to Ananta Acharya Das who first instilled in my heart about devotion to Lord Krishna and most specially to my spiritual master Giridhari Maharaja who initiated me with the name Ikisvara Das. I also owe HIS DIVINE GRACE A.C. BHAKTIVEDANTA SWAMI PRABHUPADA without whose mercy to this very fallen soul, I cannot come in contact with ISKCON.

LONGOS CALASIAO MANDIR in Pangasinan, Philippines. Mother Parijata Devi Dasi (wife of Ananta Acharya Das) and her children Mahadeva Das, Krishna Das, Vija Dasi, Laksmi Dasi, & Haverdani Das, Sridama Das of ISKCON Manila, Toshi Das, and some others whom I cannot remember their names but knew them in faces.

I am already middle-aged man and government employee with three children.
What are your expectations from this community?
To promote and educate people how to be Krishna conscious and gradually develop LOVE for KRISHNA, the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
By chanting the Hare Krishna Mahamantra everyday and to pray to Lord Krishna that we devotees will eventually relish the transcendental happiness that we are always seeking for in our lives.
