  p.s. as well as try to stop making plan, leave on Krishna's mercy. try ur best to not mingle with non devotees. specially males even in this site also...

  refering ur comment in "ask a devotee doctor"

  .

  as a medicine works gradually and treat our fever or other physical disease..  we cant see how a medicine works  like that only   "mahamantra" works.

  chanting mahamantra 16 times a day with 4 regulative principles will cure mental distress 100% but take time

  .

  one can take additive effect by reading bhagwat geeta or any other book of srila prabhupada.. i wud recommend "the science of self realization"
