before 1 1/2 yrs one prabhuji in train after read the books of prabhupad and help of guru pada prabhu i join to or know the hare krishna movement

my habbits r not good before chanting but after chanting i m changed but still my mind is not concentrete but i think through abcd process it will help me to improve
