When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I grew up across the street from the New Orleans temple and was always attracted to that "world". I made friends with the devotees and soon through their association and going to temple programs, I naturally developed Krsna Consciousness and gravitated to that life. When I was 15 I started spending summer vacation at the Hare Krsna House in Gainesville Hare Krishna house.

Devotee since 1988. Received formal initiation in 1991 by H.H. Bhakti-tirtha Swami and brahmin initiation in 2000.
