They should build up a devotee community who are materially very educated, knowledgeable and wise; who have the power to be world LEADER in every field of human knowledge and wisdom like Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine and Business (hailed from best universities in the whole world.)

Not yet. I only wanna build myself perfectly first of all.
