  May you receive transcendental blessings and grace

  and mercy; health and strength  and  understanding;

  peace and love; harmony  and  wisdom;  insight  and

  intuition and inspiration from the God of Gods; the

  Lord of Lords; the King of Kings; the God of love; the

  Original Bhagavan; the  Supreme Personality of Godhead,

  Lord Krishna. I offer my respectful obeisances unto Him.

  Every mood, every feeling, every emotion, every passion,

  has its effect upon the mind and every change of mind has

  its effect upon the body. Patience is the process through

  which a soul endures in order to become a beloved servant

  of Lord Krishna. And tolerance is the sign of an elevated soul.

  A soul gives proof of its elevation in the degree of tolerance
