When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

i was introduced to the devotees by my former husband. He had left the Perth temple a few months before we met. This was in 1983. He told taught me a lot about Krsna consciousness and encouraged me to engage in service.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

New Varsan, Auckland, New Zealand. Most devotees there know me :-)

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I have been a devotee for 26 years, initiated for 15. I have one child who now has a child of his own,but am no longer married. I live outside the temple now, having given up my service due to ill health.

What are your expectations from this community?

I dont really have any expectations. I dont get out to the temple much any more, so some online association would be nice.
