Free holistic health guidance including ayurveda, aromatherapy, western/chinese/ayurvedic herbs, whole food nutrition, digestion. I have specialized in aromatherapy applications for the mind, body and spirit. I can create personalized essential oil blends for specific needs. Over the course of this next summer I will be growing and harvesting herbs for herbal tinctures to offer for free to devotees in need. Please do not hesitate to contact me for ANY advice on holistic health. If I can not be of assistance I will gladly assist you in finding the appropriate person!
