When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

2001, I was in my last year of engineering when I visited Hare Krishna temple at Juhu for the first time and was greeted by a devotee. I took Bhagavad Gita and got fascinated by reading it. I started attending IYF programs regularly. Over a period of time, a devotee introduced me to Sri Sri Radha Gopinath temple at Chowpatty, and the congregation there pulled me over completely. I was fortunate to get the association of HG VrajBihari prabhu and HG Gauranga prabhu and joined the counseling sessions. I am now here in Seattle and have a wonderful association of devotees. I am aspiring to become more determined to increase my chanting.

Aspiring to be Krishna Conscious. I regularly study Srila Prabhupada's books including Bhagavad Gita, Srimad Bhagavatam and eat Krishna prasadam. I am a Software Developer and work at Microsoft. I attend Bhakti Vriksha programs at Bellevue conducted by Sunder prabhu, and am also pursuing Bhakti Shastri course currently.
