I could not continiously do ... But I ask Him (Krishna ) when ever my heart felt so .. its no boundary. I always ask him to help me I am with u ..and pls pls pls be with me .show me the way ..and ur the only one to show me the way.

Since I grew up ... I felt my self ... its Automic ..
