When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I am 58 years of age. Between 1967 and today, the Bhagavat Gita, is a constant companion. As creator and host of World Wide Wisdom radio, I relied on the Gita as the hub, of my comparative theology. As a Ph.D., I can honestly say, Visnu, Shiva, and Hanuman, were very giving, and loving, in my time of crisis, and lonliness in India. My devotion is not shared.

We live in an era which seems to be dominated by the rationalism of an impersonal science. Technology, economics and commerce confront us daily, as enormously powerful forces, driving us alternately to doom or salvation, or to be an unperson as Orwell would say, as we struggle to find authentic meaning to life.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I am too sick to do much. It was Visnu, as I screamed, ..., Visnu, Siva, help me," ..., that a holy man appeared. I was given death without dying, but I declined. I returned to the West, and suffering has become my mantle.
