    Name / Initiated name

    Pandava

Daily number of rounds of Hare Krishna mahamantra.

none of your beeswax :-) no OCD here lol

When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

When the movement first started in my neighborhood, Greenwich Village. The swami was actually recommended by the Hells Angels who were giving protection to the devotees at the time.....

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

I don't know... most of the original devotees.....Adi Kesava was the youngest swami when I was lived in a Temple..... NO name dropping here please :-)

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

Seeking devotee friends..... I follow the philosophy except where it gets less merciful than a county court and blames people for things that they did not do, or that there is no proof of them doing.... It is even hard to argue that there is actually any free will at all, so telling people that Krishna could easily do better in making an existence, but He "purposefully" makes this world a place of suffering because of what we might have done in the unproven arena of past lives, is when you lose me because it is immoral and mean spirited. Other than that pink elephant in the room, I am cool with the philosophy and the devotees, even with all the elitist "work your way up" structure. My objection is basic, and I brought up to many leaders in Iskcon.... It is NOT offensive. There are explanations but none are compelling yet..... My objection is basic philosophy 101.

What are your expectations from this community?

    Hopefully some friendship....

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I have done a lot of direct service, but now I serve Krishna by trying to lower suffering in the world anyway i can.
