When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

since 1998 and i was in Nairobi the big city of Kenya . There was an advertisement in one of the local dailies asking for volunteers. I visited the temple and was attracted by the lifestyle of those we found there. That is how i came into contact with Hare Krishna Movement.

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

The nearest center is Kisumu temple and is is distant.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I am a bhakta who is interested in getting in touch with ladies/devotees who are divorced or are mature aged between 38-60 and are ready to start a brand new life. I am in love with the land and likes using my hand both in the farm and in the workshop. I am ready to stay anywhere the lady will find comfortable and loved. I am just too charitable and believe in sharing whatever Krishna Blesses us with. Want children but flexible. I have two children staying with their mothers.

What are your expectations from this community?

Where the afflicted can be comforted and members feel loved no matter their fallen conditions.
