When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

That's a long story, but I'm from a "Hindu" family and my mom was attracted by the chanting, so long story short, I kind of got in contact with this movement because she was interested in it.

I'm a brahmacary in the Bhaktivedanta Asrama in Manhattan, New York City, I know a lot of devotees.
