  it is very very strange that as we grow up and as well as we are losting our life. it is good or not good to celebrat birthdays parties. But if we celebrator birthday with lord krihsa then it goes to best with the sankirtan yagya and then we cut a veg cake and distribute Tea, Samosa, Rasgulla as prashadam. lord Krishan says argun that we have to do every work with the lords presence. so i hope that Manya radhe you have also celebrate your birthday with the presence of lord krishan. Now i wish u happy birthday that lord gives to you onlly only and only the devotions towards lord krishan,

  Hare Krishna,
  the only remedy to get a peace of mind is chanting of Hare Krishna mahamantra daily,speacially in the morning time of bramha muhurta.
  while chanting the holy name try to hear the same with full concentration and definitely u will get the peace of mind.
  try to read the past times of Krishna from Krishna book.
  try to hear Srila Prabhupada's lecture on Srimad Bhagavatam in the morning or as u get time.
  u will get the result according ur surrender to holy name.
