Respected Sir/Madam, I am a graduate pursuing M.Tech in Processing and Food Engineering at Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Rajasthan and looking for an opportunity to apply my knowledge of the food processing industry in your esteemed ISKCON Yatra Kitchen through a summer educational programme. I have graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering from College of Agricultural Engineering, Sangareddy, Medak (Professor Jayashankar Telangana State Agricultural University, Hyderabad) with an OGPA of 7.92. My current OGPA in M.Tech is 7.59 as of First semester, 2017. I have an experience of 5 months working as a student trainee in Priya Foods, Ushodaya Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., Poranki, Vijayawada during which I drafted its first ever Production Manual under the guidance of the plant's Production Manager, Sir A. Srinivasa Rao. The experiences at Priya Foods have acquainted me with various levels of administration and manpower in an organisation and has made me understand and respect its workmanship. As the B.Tech Project Work, I along with my friends fabricated a Manually Operated Corn Roaster which improved the charcoal usage efficiency and hygiene of the conventional corn roasting process done by the street vendors, finally resulting in a roasting effectiveness of 0.968 for dent corn and 0.972 for sweet corn, 1 being the maximum. The cost:benefit ratio was obtained as 1:5.19 for the developed Manually Operated Corn Roaster. The above stated accomplishments of mine are simply the justifications of my passion towards starting my career in Food Processing and Food Engineering industry owing to which I am willing to offer my services free of cost to your organization for the duration of approximately 40 days in the months of May-June, 2017. Thus, I respect and welcome the synergy between us which will help your organization through my knowledge and services, rendering solutions and improving the existing ideas in the best way possible and help me to understand the real time practical situations and needs of the industry. I would love to offer my knowledge of the food industry to Lord Krishna for Improving the productivity of ISKCON Yatra Kitchen by applying the principles of Food Engineering and Food Processing to it, so that the prasada's attributes are enhanced in terms of quality, cost effectiveness, quantity, and hygiene.
