When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Name the nearest or most frequently Visited ISKCON temple/ centre and name few of the devotees whom you know.

Christchurch temple. Unfortunately the temple is permanently closed, and Sri Sri Nitai Gaurachandra were shattered and placed in the ocean :(. We're renting a hall on Sundays for the time being, hopefully we can rebuild soon. The last temple before that was New Govardhan in Australia. Went for the kulimela and woodford festivals. Kirtans were EPIC!

Gaura Hari, my name is Krishna Dasa, that's the name mum and dad gave me, not initiated. I make a lot of jokes, some of them are actually funny lol. Just looking for devotee friends, where i live there's not a lot of devotees my own age, and at times makes it hard to stay enthusiastic :(, but i'm trying. I love to do kirtan, play mrdanga, kartal, whatever as long as we're doing kirtan :). Give me a buzz if you wanna exchange mrdanga beats, or subji recipes :P

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

you can serve Krishna in any situation, because he's in every atom. But i do have my favorite service, the ones i am good at. Since i was only 4 years old i was making chapatis and subji with mum and playing mrdanga chanting hare krishna all day lol. So yeah, food for life and harinam sankirtan lol. But i try to serve in any way i can, even it's just being nice to people that i associate with. Because, if they see me as someone who is kind to them, then we may develop a relationship, and one day we might be able to talk about krishna because they'll ask.
