When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?
Through the prison ministry back in 2000. I found a book by Srila Prabhupada (Srimad bhagavatam 1st canto part one) in the jail library. The art work made a big impression on me and even though I had difficulty in understanding what I tried to read in the book, I copied down the address on the inside cover of the book. Then when I was setteled in prison I wrote for information and was replied to from Candrasekhara dasa of IPM on Cherry Street in Denver, CO. This chance meeting has turned into a lasting and trusting relationship with many devotees in my life to date. Foremost, I learned of Lord Krishna and Srila Prabhupada and developed deep love and appreciation for both. Now I dedicated my life to serving Krishna in any capacity I am able too, and long to become initiated formaly.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.
I have been in contact with Iskcon since 2000, being introduced to Krishna by Candrasekhara dasa and Jagonivas dasa, through IPM. I'm a volunteer worker in IPM sending books to inmates throughout North America. I try to live simple and follow Prabhupada's instruction the best I can.
What are your expectations from this community?
Just to have asscosiation with the devotees of Krishna and Srila Prabhupada so I can continue to learn how to serve best and grow in Krishna Consciousness.
Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?
Currently I volunteer for IPM and hope to be able to do more in the near future.
