I have been up, I have been down, and I have been all around. I have met some beautiful people along the way and have learned so many important lessons. The greatest lesson: to love and be loving, and to do everything from your heart for the hightest and greatest good of all beings. I am so very grateful to be where I am right now in life. In the words of the Beatles: "All you need is love..."
