When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Hare Krishna 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Srila Prabhupada ki Jai. In 2016 when I first visited the ISKCON temple in Vancouver. I was in Canada, living in some other city where there was no ISKCON and so was missing going to a Krishna temple. When I was on a trip to Vancouver I found out there is ISKCON there so I felt this need to go to temple. The beautiful energy, the super beautiful sringaar of the deities, the divine atmosphere made me move to Vancouver so I left my job in previous city and moved here so I can go to the temple more frequently and go every week. Krishna, since He is so merciful and kind, gave me the good fortune to associate with pure devotees here and now I am steadily on the path to get initiated. Hating bol. Radha Madan Mohan ki jai.

I am a single working woman in Vancouver. I have lot of love and devotion for Radha Krishna. The emotion is there and now I am cultivating knowledge by attending classes, lectures, Sunday feast etc.

What are your expectations from this community?

I want to associate myself with pure devotees, find better ways to serve Krishna and gain deeper Krishna consciousness.
