When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Back in 1990 I contacted Sura dasa in LA. i served as a Temple devotee in LA and Berkeley. This included time from 1990-1996. I left the movement at that time. I recently rejoined the movement here in Gainesville. I feel so very fortunate and am grateful to the devotees here for bringing Krishna's message of love and mercy,

the the Krishna House here in Gainesville. There is a Temple in Alachua. FL approx 20 miles away.

I'm 59 yrs. old. I live alone. I had my left leg amputated 2 yrs. ago. I love to read and love sankirtan music. I am currently connected with the devotees here in gainesville.

What are your expectations from this community?

initiation and spending the rest of my life in devotional service.

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I love to read and hear about Krishna. I'm trying to in crease my chanting each day. I'd love to help in book distribution.
