When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I first met devotees in 2014 when I was invited to participate on the bhakti vrksa meetings, where I learnt a lot with devotees during the 64 classes. At the same time we were encouraged to render service in the temple and establish a relationship with Srila Prabhupada. It was in Porto Alegre city, in the Goura Nitai Cultural Centre. Later I had the opportunity to be in touch with other places, like the rural community Ecovilla and Ashram Goura Vrindávana in Paraty, Rio de Janeiro, led by Purushatraya maharaj, which is also my guru.

ISKCON Porto Alegre - the main temple President - Govinda Gana devi dasi mataji Vice - Sarva Prestha das Gauranga dasa, spiritual brother Bhaktin Erica, his spouse (both of then render many kinds of services weekly) Radha Shakti - one of the administrators and who deals with devotees in general

Well, I chant 16 rounds of japa since 2015. I like the vaishnava songs, I want to learn more about vaishnava etiquette; I like to read and study. I am a teacher of English as a foreign language, I am 23, and graduated in language.

What are your expectations from this community?

That I can spend my time in a bona fide place.
