When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

In 2007, Pune . I was doing my MS in I2IT, Hinjewadi. During that year, in February I had to undergo a surgery for slipped disc after which I was recommended a bed rest for around 25 days. During that time I stayed in my maternal uncles house in Delhi where my cousin used to recite vishnu sahasranamam daily. I once casually asked him to teach me that and he started to sit beside me and read it while I tried to pronounce it lying on bed and tried to understand it. After few months when I came to Pune again, I by the lords grace came in touch with Prashanth Prabhu ,now in Bangalore, with whom I had a chat in our cafetaria and there we discussed few things about Lord Vishnu. Prashant prabhu ,by that time was already practicing Krishna consciousness. He asked me to come to the temple once and from there onwards my journey with the lord had begun. I am very grateful to Sri Bala Govind Prabhu in Pune temple who initiated me for Krishna consciousness and Sri Shaunak Rishi Das Prabhu who mentored me while I was in Pune. But I really feel very sad that during the last few months, I have again been misguided by the material world and my rounds of chanting which used to be 4 on regular basis and 16 during special occasions had drastically come down to 1 a day. Atleast by the lords grace I am able to do that. I just hope that again coming in contact with the devotees will help me regain my faith in Lord and make me grow further in Krishna consciousness.
