When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

Last year, through another devotee.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

Open-minded but critical. I like a good challenge to my character, and I believe in understanding things thoroughly, although sometimes it takes a long time to finally understand. I love plants and open, honest discussions about almost anything, and am desperate to figure out vegetarian baking, so that I can teach others how to do the same!

What are your expectations from this community?

I hope to learn more, and make a lifelong friend who is solid in her understanding of the Vedic scriptures to guide me.
