When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

I came to contact with ISKCON devotee (Hare Krsna Hill, Sant pura, East of Kailash, New Delhi) when I lived with my parent in New Delhi way back year 2001. Actually, I was very fond of Sri Krsna or Sri Ramchandra since my childhood and I studied in a school which was situated in a Hanuman Mandir complex in Shakti Nagar, Old Delhi that put a great impact on my mind in my childhood. My father was a true brahman worhip Narayan at home also my mother. Later, I watched a Star TV serial "ATMA". I never missed a single episode and that inspired me to be krsna conscious. I became more fond of Lord Krsna. But as my life was full of ups and downs, we came back to our paternal village in Hooghly, West Bengal. Later my father expired and untolerate tension in family & relatives put me on backseat. I always do devotional serivce at home. Here, at village no devotee or any particular branch, so very difficult. Sometimes I visit Kolkata ISKCON Temple which is very far away from my village. I learn Bhagvad Gita (as it is) do chanting, Read PDF Bhagwad puran and mix with devotees on my Face book on regular basis. Hare Krsna

KOLKATA Nitya dham Pravistha Shri Madhumangal Prabhu (was one who actually provided me full support to understand Geeta and Chaitanya Tattava, Shri Ganga Narayan Prabhu (now in Ujjain), Shri Ajay Krsihna Das Prabhu, Shri Stabopriya Prabhu (not in kolkata now), Shri Saranga Das Prabhu etc. (And devotees of Delhi also) name forgotten

Actually, I am born & brought up in a lower middle class family in Delhi. I am very simple person. A bit introvert also. Got Bachelor degree in Arts from Delhi University. Also having Hardware & Networking ( Non Global CCNA MCSE) diplomas. I never compromised with my devotee rules in any of techie companies so left many never fix on them. Right now I teach students computer science and english in my village. So I got time to learn vaishnava philosophy and listen audio. I also got a certificate by Bhakti Charu Swami Maharaj on Vaishnav Philosophy Seminar organized around year 2005. I love Prabhupada's book and try to get know others also. I myself, cant say whether Im krisna conscious or not but it is true that I always want to be. Hare Krsna My facebook account is dedicated to Krsna Consciousness.... What are your expectations from this community?

What I have expected, I got it from here. One expectation is... if we can contact here with our known prabhus (given name).

Describe any specific service you would love to offer to Lord Krishna & His devotees?

I always want to meet with the devotees and also want to take part in their organize function. I myself distributed Bhagwad Gita in my surrounding village. Cant help financial because I am bit in low economical condition. In my free time, if allow, will be a pleasure for me to be a part of devotees in this Movement.
