When, where and how did you come into contact with the Hare Krishna Movement?

My dad, a non devotee, got me the book 'The Laws of Nature' when I was in class seven. After reading that, I turned into a vegetarian. In 2002, I went to ISKCON, again with my dad and a temple prabhuji preached me about chanting. I chanted one round for a few days and stopped doing that, I guess out of laziness. Few years back, I visited ISKCON punjabi bagh temple and just took a glimpse for a minute. On janmashtami in 2010, I visited there, again with dad and a lot of mji's took my cell no. and propogated the Hare Krishna movement. I received call from Vishakha mji, inviting me to I.G.F. sunday class. Now I am a member of bhakti vriksha class.

Please describe yourself so that other like minded devotees can find you.

I still haven't understood the ISKCON philosophy, but i have been told by my mentor that associating with ISKCON is like standing at a crowded railway station where everyone wants to reach the same destination, i.e. Krishna. It might seem confusing initially, but one will somehow be pushed onto the train by devotees and attain Krishna! I am keen to know HIM and want to learn the right art of living.

What are your expectations from this community?

To bring me back to my constitutional position and guiding me in all my actions.

I want to dedicate all my actions to Krishna and his devotees.
